Envogen's ability to backup the on-site services with a workshop based calibration, repair and manufacturing facility means that clients receive a complete instrument package.
The workshop facility allows all forms of instrumentation, ranging from pressure gauges and temperature probes to transmitters with remote systems and electrical test equipment to be serviced. This equipment can be calibrated, repaired or modified in a very short period of time, making Envogen the ideal supplier to help with breakdowns.
All calibrations are performed using test equipment that is traceable to National/International standards and the repair work we undertake is covered by a warranty.
Envogen also undertakes project and specialist fabrication work, enabling high quality application specific solutions to be supplied.

Filled Systems & Diaphragm Seals
Envogen specialise in the rapid manufacture and turnaround of filled diaphragm seal systems that are custom built to suit each instrument and application. Existing systems can also be repaired or upgraded to improve performance or increase operational life. The seal and capillary systems are manufactured in-house, allowing Envogen to deliver exceptional lead-times at very competitive prices.
Capillary Types: Stainless Steel, Copper, Armoured, PVC Coated & Others.
Wetted Meterials: Stainless Steel, Hastalloy, Monel & Tantalum. Exotic materials are also available.
System Fills: DC200, DC704, Daifoil, Marcol, Glycerine, Neobee & Primol. Other fill fluids, including Gases, are available.
